The 15th China Intellectual Property Annual
Conference (CIPAC 2026) will be held at the China National Convention Center
(Phase II) in Beijing on September 8–9, 2026. Under the theme of promoting
high-quality intellectual property development during the 15th Five-Year Plan
period, the conference will focus on six key areas: IP protection and policy,
IP utilization and value realization, trademark and brand development and
management, industrial innovation and emerging topics, international
cooperation and development in intellectual property, and the protection and
utilization of geographical indications.
As an invited exhibitor, Glodom will be at
Booth C009, where we look forward to meeting industry partners, corporate
clients, and other conference attendees. Drawing on more than two decades of
experience in patent translation, Glodom will focus on patent translation,
multilingual intellectual property services, and the language needs that arise
as businesses expand into global markets.
01. More Than Two Decades of Patent Services for Global
Markets
Founded in 2004, Glodom has provided
language services to support global business expansion for more than two
decades, serving Fortune Global 500 companies as well as leading enterprises
across a range of industries. With years of experience in professional language
services, Glodom has been recognized among CSA Research’s Top 100 Language
Service Providers for ten consecutive years and ranked No. 33 globally in 2026.
In the intellectual property field, Glodom
provides multilingual translation, linguistic review, and language quality
control for patents and other IP-related content. Our services support a range
of patent-related scenarios, including PCT international applications, as well
as applications and prosecution work involving the USPTO and EPO, helping
companies advance their IP strategies across different markets.
Patent projects often involve highly
specialized technologies and complex language requirements. Based on the needs
of each project, Glodom can assemble the appropriate language resources and
subject-matter expertise. Our industry experience covers intellectual property,
software, ICT, intelligent manufacturing, and life sciences, enabling us to
handle patent content involving complex technical principles, product
structures, and specialized terminology.
02. From Patent Applications to Subsequent Filings, Glodom
Supports the Full Language Workflow
A patent project is rarely about “one
document, one translation.”
For companies pursuing ongoing
international patent protection, the same technology may generate multiple
documents at different stages and appear in different languages across
different jurisdictions. Technical terminology, product names, and established wording
agreed upon at the beginning of a project also need to remain consistent
throughout subsequent filings and related documents.
To support this ongoing need, Glodom
provides language services across different stages of the patent process.
02.1 Patent Application Stage
Glodom provides multilingual translation of
core patent documents, including patent specifications, claims, and abstracts,
together with professional linguistic review and quality checks based on the
requirements of the target jurisdiction.
02.2 National Phase in Overseas Markets
We continue to process relevant patent
documents according to the language requirements of different jurisdictions,
supporting companies as they move forward with international patent
applications and broader IP portfolio development.
02.3 Examination and Subsequent Documents
Glodom supports the translation and review
of office actions, responses, amendments, and other related documents, while
maintaining the technical terminology and professional wording established
during earlier stages of the project.
02.4 Terminology and Language Resource Management
For long-term, multi-batch, multilingual
patent programs, Glodom can establish and continuously maintain terminology
databases, translation memories, and professional language resources.
Previously approved content can then be reused in subsequent projects, reducing
repeated terminology confirmation and inconsistencies across documents.
02.5 Language Quality Control
Based on project requirements, Glodom
assigns professional linguists and native-language reviewers and combines
manual review with tool-based quality checks. This helps verify terminology
consistency, technical accuracy, linguistic quality, and formatting
requirements at multiple stages of the workflow.
Glodom’s proprietary G-Tranx platform also
supports the management and matching of language resources such as terminology
databases and translation memories. By leveraging existing project resources,
previously approved translations can be reused in subsequent documents,
reducing repetitive translation and manual processing while improving
efficiency across long-term, multi-batch projects.
By combining experienced language
professionals, continuously maintained language resources, and translation
technology, Glodom supports ongoing language requirements from initial patent
application documents through subsequent filings and related materials, helping
companies move forward with their international IP strategies more consistently
and efficiently.
